How our Divorce Online Service Works:

  1. Select the Divorce Petition.  If you have children an additional document known as the Statement of Arrangements for Children will need to be purchased separately.
  2. Purchase your chosen document(s) through our secure online checkout and complete them online and submit them to us for review.
  3. Following the review of your submitted documents we will upload the following forms to your “My Services” section of the website:
    a) Affidavit for Divorce
    b) Application for Directions for Trial
    c) Decree Nisi to Decree Absolute
  4. After review and/or edit of your document we will upload the final document to your secure” My Services” section of the website for you to download together with instructions on what to do next.

What work is not covered:

  1. Any advice in relation to property, finances, children or domestic violence.
  2. Any advice if in our opinion the grounds for divorce are insufficient or require amending to satisfy the court.
  3. Any advice if the divorce is defended, the petition requires amendment after being issued by the Court or a cross petition is filed.
  4. Attendance at Court and Advocacy.
  5. Any cases which need to be issued outside the English and Welsh Jurisdiction including where each party lives abroad.
  6. Third party agent fees.
  7. Court fees.
  8. Marriage Certificate Fee (should a copy be required).

We are of course happy to provide you with a costs estimate if you do require advice on any of these matters.
