If you or a member of your family have been injured travelling on public transport, you may be able to bring a claim for compensation. Public transport covers a wide range of services – buses, coaches, trains, underground, ships and aeroplanes.
If you have been injured whilst travelling and the accident was not your fault, you may well be able to bring a claim against the carrier (the owner). Claims can arise when you are injured by for instance a driver being negligent as an example jerking the bus to a stop or start which in turn causes you to fall over sustaining injury or perhaps defective equipment for instance the bus has a faulty handrail or faulty seat.
If you have sustained injury in any circumstances on public transport and you feel its not you fault, please call us for advice. We are here to help.
